As a Californian I get all excited seeing how cheap old cars are everywhere else in the country. Then I looked at the pictures to see the paint has fallen off and the metal has turned brown. I am led to understand this is “rust”. Apparently in places other than California metal simply falls apart after a while? What a novel concept! And thank you, but no thank you.
